System Status: Friday January 27, 2012
All systems are functioning normally.
Clients still experiencing difficulties since the extreme cold front are recommended to power cycle the PoE (Power over Ethernet) device inside the home, which is the small box approx. 2inches by 4inches wide, and generally located near your computer. Cycling this device should force the unit on the roof to reconnect and restore the Internet service at your home.
Clients continuing to have issues after power cycling their PoE, or if you are having trouble locating the PoE device, should please call our support centre at (403) 333-5880 and we will schedule a service call to come and inspect your connection. Some radio devices on client's roofs have failed in the extreme cold and will need to be replaced by our field techs if they remain offline after a power cycle of the PoE.
Any further questions or concerns please contact us at our support centre (403) 333-5880.
